| This is not in the order I like them so.... anyhow. CZP - Because when I call him and say "I need that thingy that fits in the window" he knows what I am saying. Because he tells me I overpaid XXXX dollars since I paid a bill twice. Because he ships things ridiculously fast. Because he answers my e-mail even at ridiculous hours of the day. I do bulk of my shopping here. SpecialtyZ - Because Seb is awesome and so very helpful. Because Greg always has something interesting to tell me about Z's that I don't already know. Because they always ship on time and so far all shipments are accurate. I buy from them when I can especially their branded products of JWT stuff. Joe at Zspeedperformance - very helpful in his area of specialty, ships on time and never had an issue with him, infact he has helped me resolve a Southbend clutch issue with the manufacturer. Many thanks IPP - Because whenever I buy stuff, it was shipped accurately and on time. Too bad lately I have not had the opportunity. SPL for making amazing stuff - I need to buy more from these guys. Titan Motorsports - buy a ton of non z specific stuff from these guys, they are an awesome company who have parts distribution nailed down pat. All these vendors have qualities I wish I could emulate. They give me something to strive for. Although they are not huge vendors, whatever they do, they do very well. Everyone makes mistakes. In my mind its how the mistakes are resolved that matters more. Being bigger is not always a good measure of success. Thanks guys and cheers !!! Harry
